Price and Availability
The Price and Availability screen is used to manage the prices, availability, and restrictions that will be applied on your online channels and online booking page.
Updates on this screen can be made either daily or in bulk for specific date ranges, providing a practical and efficient user experience.
By using the “Drag and Drop” method, you can select the date range to be updated with your mouse and save it, allowing for fast and convenient operations.

The date field at the top section represents the start date of the displayed date range. The day buttons next to the date range indicate the number of days to be displayed.
All active room types defined in the system are listed vertically on the screen. The order of these room types can be changed using the three-line button in the upper-left corner. By clicking the info button next to a room name, you can access the detailed definition of that room.
Price: This field is used to enter the base rate for the room. Based on this value, the system automatically calculates all person prices using the rate multipliers defined for that room type. For example: If “100” is entered in this row and the multipliers are defined as follows —
1st person: 0.75
2nd person: 1
3rd person: 1.35 Then, the system will automatically generate the following rates: 75 for the first person, 100 for the second, and 135 for the third. This allows all adult and child prices to be generated automatically by entering just one base rate. (If there are manual prices entered in the “Manual Price” section below the table, those prices will appear struck through or marked with an asterisk (*).)
Sellable Room: This field defines the number of rooms available for sale on online channels. For example: if there are 10 Standard Rooms in total, but you enter “5” in this field, a maximum of 5 rooms will be available for sale online.
Stop Sell: The checkboxes in this row are used to stop sales. Dates marked in these boxes will be closed for sale on online channels.
Available Room: This field shows the actual number of available rooms in the hotel for the related room type. It is a read-only field and cannot be modified.

Closed to Arrival: This rule restricts the dates on which guests are allowed to check in. Reservations cannot have an arrival date on the days when these checkboxes are selected.
Closed to Departure: This rule restricts the dates on which guests are allowed to check out. Reservations cannot have a departure date on the days when these checkboxes are selected.
Minimum Length of Stay (LOS): Specifies the minimum number of nights a guest must stay to make a reservation. If this field contains a value greater than “1”, the rule can be removed by setting it back to “1”. If the field is empty, the default minimum stay is 1 night.
Maximum Length of Stay (LOS): Specifies the maximum number of nights a guest can stay when making a reservation.
Extra Room: This field is used to sell more rooms than the current availability. It allows adding extra inventory to a specific room type.
Pool Room: A method that allows multiple room types to share the same availability. This row shows the number of rooms shared among the grouped room types.
Closed Rooms: Displays the number of rooms currently closed (unavailable for sale).
Shared Room: Shows the number of rooms used as shared rooms.
Single, Double, Triple, Quad, and Extra Bed Price: If automatic pricing based on multipliers (defined in the base price section) is not used, these fields allow you to manually define the price per occupancy type. If a value is entered in these fields, the base price at the top becomes invalid, and it will appear struck through or marked with an asterisk (*).

The Actions button includes several additional features that can be applied in bulk.
Bulk Price Entry: This option allows all operations performed on the table to be applied in bulk by selecting specific date ranges. If no room type is selected, the update will apply to all room types. You can also choose specific days of the week for the update and increase or decrease existing prices by a fixed amount or percentage.

Stop Sale / Restrictions: Unlike the “Stop Sell” option on the Price and Availability screen, this feature allows you to define stop or restriction rules for a specific channel, room type, rate type, or board type.

Manually Refresh Channels: This option is used to resend the current prices and availability on the Price and Availability screen to all active channels.

Price Management: Provides the advantage of analyzing prices by retrieving the rates of selected competitor hotels from Booking.com as defined in the price management settings.
